The second part of a trilogy who’s first part is one of the most splendidly articulated, absorbing and riveting dramas, Pakistan’s history has ever seen - Sang E Mar Mar, HUM TV brings to you Sang E Mah.
In the words of the gifted writer of Aseerzadi, Ehd E Wafa and Sang E Mar Mar, Mustafa Afridi, directed by the brilliant Saife Hassan who’s work Bari Aapa, Ehd E Wafa and Ru Baru speak volumes of just how accomplished he is as a director and produced by none other than the finest in Pakistan, Momina Duraid.
‘Gagh’ a Pashto word that translates to ailan or proclamation, even though illegal is an ongoing kabayali pathan rasm through which marriage is enforced by firing at a girl’s home.
Sang E Mah revolves around the concept of gagh and encompasses the enactment of law to combat this tradition.
Along with highlighting gagh, the tale of Sang E Mah comprises of a transcendent tale of love, and retribution between a father and son.
There are three similarities between Sang E Mar Mar and Sang E Mah, some of the far famed cast members such as Nauman Ejaz and Sania Saeed graced both parts with their incomparable acting, both dramas are based on kabayali pathan tradition and both meticulously encompass the undeniable subjugation and oppression of women in rural areas.

Conclusion

First 10 minutes and I fell in love with this show. Isme tragedy hai, drama hai, damsels hain, Gurudwara hai. Or kya kya chahiye!!! Loved the dude in Sikh Garb. @Taehyung V Look, as a follower of Guru Patshah ji, I too don't like how they have started the scene. They are clearly disrespecting the Gurbani by playing it with a very stupid dialogue. Plus, an actor playing a role of a believer (sikh) is quite not appropriate as well, he isn't aware of the importance of that dastar and that entire look, therefore it's a disrespect as well. But, you cannot judge and say he's doing shirk or bowing to a grave.

Secondly, dear as a Sikh you should know that Panth and culture are two completely different things. Sikhi is not a culture. Culture belongs to a particular place, panth doesn't. As a Sikh, we should not really have such less knowledge and understanding about our own Guru's panth. Btw, I suggest you to watch Basics of Sikhi. They are very blessed by Guru Shaib ji amd spreading THEIR message amazingly. I didn't intend to come of as rude or offensive, I apologise if you found anything hurtful tho. May Guru Patshah ji bless you with Sikhi.

So I will decree it for those who fear Me and give Zakah and those who believe in Our verses Surah no 7 ayat no 180 And to Allah belong the best names, so invoke Him by them. And leave those who practice deviation concerning His names. They will be recompensed for what they have been doing Surat No. 17 Ayat NO. 73 یہ لوگ آپ کو اس وحی سے جو ہم نے آپ پر اتاری ہے بہکانا چاہتے کہ آپ اس کے سوا کچھ اور ہی ہمارے نام سے گھڑ گھڑا لیں ، تب تو آپ کو یہ لوگ اپنا ولی دوست بنا لیتے ۔ Surat No. 6 Ayat NO. 121 اور ایسے جانوروں میں سے مت کھاؤ جن پر اللہ کا نام نہ لیا گیا ہو اور یہ کام نافرمانی کا ہے اور یقیناً شیاطین اپنے دوستوں کے دل میں ڈالتے ہیں تاکہ یہ تم سے جدال کریں اور اگر تم ان لوگوں کی اطاعت کرنے لگو تو یقیناً تم مشرک ہو جاؤ گے ۔ Surat No. 17 Ayat NO. 110 کہہ دیجئے کہ اللہ کو اللہ کہہ کر پکارو یا رحمٰن کہہ کر ، جس نام سے بھی پکارو تمام اچھے نام اسی کے ہیں نہ تو تو اپنی نماز بہت بلند آواز سے پڑھ اور نہ بالکل پوشیدہ بلکہ اس کے درمیان کا راستہ تلاش کر لے ۔ Surat No. 7 Ayat NO. 156 اور ہم لوگوں کے نام دنیا میں بھی نیک حالی لکھ دے اور آخرت میں بھی ہم تیری طرف رجوع کرتے ہیں اللہ تعالٰی نے فرمایا کہ میں اپنا عذاب اسی پر واقع کرتا ہوں جس پر چاہتا ہوں اور میری رحمت تمام اشیا پر محیط ہے تو وہ رحمت ان لوگوں کے نام ضرور لکھوں گا جو اللہ سے ڈرتے ہیں اور زکوۃ دیتے ہیں اور جو ہماری آیتوں پر ایمان لاتے ہیں ۔ Surat No. 7 Ayat NO. 180 اور اسمائے حسنٰی‏‎‌‍ ( اچھے اچھے نام ) اللہ ہی کے ہیں ۔ لہذا اس کو انہی ناموں سے پکارو ، ( ٩٢ ) اور ان لوگوں کو چھوڑ دو جو اس کے ناموں میں ٹیڑھا راستہ اختیار کرتے ہیں ۔ ( ٩٣ ) وہ جو کچھ کر رہے ہیں ، اس کا بدلہ انہیں دیا جائے گا ۔

Look, Sikhi was there always, Sikhi is all about THE TRUTH, so the "elements" of that truth are in Islam, Hinduism and Buddhism too. But it doesn't mean that Sikhi is a mixture of or has come from all or any of these religions. Try to understand it this way, Einstein didn't invent Maths or Physics but he gave a deeper theory. Just like that, Truth was always there but in bits, Guru Nanak Sache Patshah ji gave whole collection of the truth with much depth for better understanding.

They will be recompensed for what they have been doing Surat No. 17 Ayat NO. 73 یہ لوگ آپ کو اس وحی سے جو ہم نے آپ پر اتاری ہے بہکانا چاہتے کہ آپ اس کے سوا کچھ اور ہی ہمارے نام سے گھڑ گھڑا لیں ، تب تو آپ کو یہ لوگ اپنا ولی دوست بنا لیتے ۔ Surat No. 6 Ayat NO. 121 اور ایسے جانوروں میں سے مت کھاؤ جن پر اللہ کا نام نہ لیا گیا ہو اور یہ کام نافرمانی کا ہے اور یقیناً شیاطین اپنے دوستوں کے دل میں ڈالتے ہیں تاکہ یہ تم سے جدال کریں اور اگر تم ان لوگوں کی اطاعت کرنے لگو تو یقیناً تم مشرک ہو جاؤ گے ۔ Surat No. 17 Ayat NO. 110 کہہ دیجئے کہ اللہ کو اللہ کہہ کر پکارو یا رحمٰن کہہ کر ، جس نام سے بھی پکارو تمام اچھے نام اسی کے ہیں نہ تو تو اپنی نماز بہت بلند آواز سے پڑھ اور نہ بالکل پوشیدہ بلکہ اس کے درمیان کا راستہ تلاش کر لے ۔ Surat No. 7 Ayat NO. 156 اور ہم لوگوں کے نام دنیا میں بھی نیک حالی لکھ دے اور آخرت میں بھی ہم تیری طرف رجوع کرتے ہیں اللہ تعالٰی نے فرمایا کہ میں اپنا عذاب اسی پر واقع کرتا ہوں جس پر چاہتا ہوں اور میری رحمت تمام اشیا پر محیط ہے تو وہ رحمت ان لوگوں کے نام ضرور لکھوں گا جو اللہ سے ڈرتے ہیں اور زکوۃ دیتے ہیں اور جو ہماری آیتوں پر ایمان لاتے ہیں ۔ Surat No. 7 Ayat NO. 180 اور اسمائے حسنٰی‏‎‌‍ ( اچھے اچھے نام ) اللہ ہی کے ہیں ۔ لہذا اس کو انہی ناموں سے پکارو ، ( ٩٢ ) اور ان لوگوں کو چھوڑ دو جو اس کے ناموں میں ٹیڑھا راستہ اختیار کرتے ہیں ۔ ( ٩٣ ) وہ جو کچھ کر رہے ہیں ، اس کا بدلہ انہیں دیا جائے گا ۔
